Ensure your products last with quality carbonitriding and carburizing from Lark Heat Treating of Houston, Texas. We have the capability to heat treat materials in our pit furnaces up to 1950ºF with a maximum diameter of 26" and a maximum length of 72". Our pit furnaces can safely handle up to 3,000 pounds per load.

We also use Internal Quench furnaces for carbonitriding and carburizing. Our IQ's are able to maintain a temperature of 1950ºF with a maximum batch load of up to 1,000 pounds. These furnaces have a maximum capacity of 24" X 48" X 20". Load and batch capabilities may vary depending on the size, shape, and requirements of material, case depth, and specification requirements.
